Miss Affiliate, LLC provides digital education, coaching, and community access that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of this, all sales are final except for the specific conditions outlined in our 90-Day Conditional Refund Policy.
1. Standard Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued unless the Client qualifies under the 90-Day Conditional Refund Policy below
2. 90-DAY CONDITIONAL REFUND POLICY
A refund may be granted only if the Client:
Completes all program requirements for at least 90 consecutive days
Provides documentation of every required action
Completes a 1:1 audit with the Miss Affiliate team
Shows no measurable improvement despite full effort
Submits the refund request within 7 days following the 90-day period
If all conditions are met, Miss Affiliate will issue a refund.
3. REQUIRED ACTIONS TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND
To qualify for a conditional refund, the client must complete all of the following actions:
The following tasks must be completed consistently and fully for 90 days:
Daily Requirements
Make 3 quality posts per day
Study and script viral-style videos daily
Promote recommended or trending products
Test new content angles and styles
Maintain good lighting, audio, and video quality
Weekly Requirements
Attend at least 2 coaching calls per week (or watch replays and submit at least one question)
Program Requirements
Complete onboarding
Complete the full course within the first 30 days
Participate actively in the community
Communicate challenges and follow instructions
Review Requirement
Complete a 1:1 audit if no improvement is shown after 90 days
4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Clients must provide documentation that includes (but is not limited to):
90-day TikTok posting history
Screenshots of content analytics
Notes or scripts showing daily study
Coaching attendance or replay confirmations
Proof of recommended/trending product promotion
Screenshots showing testing of multiple content types
Course completion screenshot
Discord/community participation evidence
Additional documentation may be requested for verification.
5. EXCLUSIONS (REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF):
All required tasks were not completed
Documentation is missing or incomplete
Coaching calls or replays were not attended
The course was not completed within 30 days
Recommended product guidelines were not followed
Program policies were violated
The refund request is submitted after the 7-day window
The Client refuses the required 1:1 audit
The Client has received a prior refund from Miss Affiliate
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email all refund requests to:
Include the following:
Full name and email used to purchase
Written summary of your efforts
Full documentation showing all required actions
Proof of completing the 1:1 audit (if applicable)
Please allow 7–10 business days for review.
